• Establish and monitor key marketing metrics to track effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Plan and manage marketing budget.
• Prepare for scaling the marketing team as the company grows.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the tech or events industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear understanding and experience on the power of community and people connections
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
